Construction

The cotton canvas adopts interweaving of cotton cord threads in longitudinal and transverse direction; the trueran cotton canvas adopts polyester threads in longitudinal direction and adopts cotton cord threads in transverse direction; the nylon canvass is interwoven with nylon cord in both longitudinal and transverse directionthe polyester canvas adopts polyester threads in longitudinal direction and adopts nylon cord threads in transverse direction

It is classified as follows according to its performance:

General purpose, oil resistant, heat-proof, acid or alkali resistant, flame resistant, cold resistant and abrasion resistant, etc.

Applicable standards:

Apart from national standard GB/T 7984, DIN 22102, JISK6322 and AS1332 standards are also applicable. Special requirements conveyor belt executes GB/T10822, HG/T 3647, HG/T3782 , GB/T20021,HG/T3714 and HG2805 standards. Special requirements of customer can be determined through consultation.

Instructions for ordering conveyor belt with textile carcass:

The conveyor belt with textile carcass is designated in sequence as follows: belt width, number of plies of textile carcass, thickness of top rubber cover + thickness of bottom rubber cover, belt length, specification and model of textile carcass, performance of rubber cover.

The calculation method for m2 of the belt:

Example: EP 200 heat resistant conveyor belt 180m B1200×5(6.0+3.0) T2

i.e. Area (m2) = 1.2mx [5+(6+3)/1.5]x180m=2376 m2
