NSE type high-speed plate-chain elevator is a new type vertical elevator equipment developed by our company. It has the features of wide elevation range, large conveying capacity, low drive power, long service life, high elevation height, reliable running, low operating cost, convenient operation and maintenance etc. It is suitable for elevating common powdery and small-grain materials, such as cement, pulverized coal, finer broken mineral stones etc. The temperature of material to be conveyed can reach 200℃. During the elevation almost no backfeed and digging takes place, and the power consumption is 70% of ring chain elevator. Under normal operating conditions, the service life of conveying chain exceeds three years.
